As a new agent, it is often the case that additional assistance through the early stages of a career is needed.  For that reason, we offer a new agent guidance program.  This new agent guidance program in conjunction with the ongoing training as mentioned above will ensure that as a new agent, you are as successful as you want to be.

Our online listing distribution system offers you the opportunity to market your seller's home on hundreds of real estate websites worldwide.  Our Voice over Internet Protocol Service is unique.  The focus of this service is to route customer's phone calls directly to you wherever you are.

Success

It is important that agents have the proper tools and are informed to provide quality service.  However, it is also important that agents feel that they are earning a fair and equitable wage for the time that they are expending.  Giving 40%, 50%, and even 60% to a broker can be discouraging.  For that reason, we remain extremely competitive with our commission structure.
